Client Comments
“Thanks so much for the invitation; I certainly enjoyed both training programs. In fact, I was so very impressed that I sent the note below when I returned to the office. I look forward to talking with you some more about this program and how we can get it in the hands of as many people as we can within the State.”

“Your program, more than anything else we’ve done, has helped our manufacturing leadership to understand how human capital financial management drives the financial results of our business. Thank you for making my job easier!”
- HR VP Manufacturing Client
“As a senior Human Resource practitioner, I gained a great deal of knowledge and practical hands-on materials from which to advance the field of HR. Too often, we in Human Resources are not utilized as efficiently as possible since many HR professionals do not have the necessary "tool kit" to be effective within an organization. What I took away from this session was a bounty of reference materials and key contacts so that a solid business case may be made when quantifiable results are yet unknown in a given business environment today. With our global markets and constantly changing customer expectations, these variables must continuously be assessed from the human capital perspective.
Unfortunately, my experience has shown me that without the financial acumen and understanding of the complexities of any organizational business process, effective consultative collaboration may not be achieved to the detriment of shared corporate objectives. These two programs (“The Global 20” and “At The Table HR Simulation”) help to fill that gap in skills for all strategic partners.
What I personally found most rewarding were the methods in which the Global 20 clearly demonstrated the need for all partners in the enterprise, Human Resources and otherwise, be able to "speak the same language". In other words, a stereotypical HR partner might come to a meeting to discuss a proposal without a full understanding of the "type of language" that will effectively communicate their concept or process with quantifiable outcomes. (e.g., cost-benefit analysis, risk assessment, etc.).
Kudos! Well done.”
