About Birchtree-HR, LLC
For over a decade, Birchtree has provided strategic human resources consulting to increase financial performance. We realize that the human capital “engine” of an organization generates more revenue in ways that fixed assets cannot. We create customized HR strategic plans, compensation and training solutions that are designed to provide a clear line of sight between our client’s business strategy, human resources and customers. This makes our solutions highly effective, understandable, actionable, and sustainable to managers and employees.
For example, the proprietary diagnostic SSSHR© is used to create human resources strategic plans in mid sized organizations. This structured analysis gives clients a way to identify, metrically measure and build highly effective human resources programs that are designed to have a strongly positive financial effect on their bottom line. Clients that have used this program have significantly increased their financial performance, reporting ROTC increases by up to 28%.
Birchtree’s “At the Table HR Simulation” training program was originally designed to teach managers and HR leaders how to link business strategy with HR activities to increase financial performance. This program has been recognized as an HR best practice by the Herman Trend Alert and has been adapted to serve as the capstone course for the education of human resources professionals in university MBA programs.
And finally, we know that companies operate in a world where global competition is fierce and competitors are strong. We know how determined businesses can expand their reach and scope to products, markets and services far beyond their home country location. Our “on the ground” experience in over 70 countries helps our clients create the HR infrastructure needed to send expatriates overseas or employ local nationals quickly, efficiently and effectively.
Our Clients
More than seventy percent of our clients come to us through referrals from existing clients. We are proud of our strong and long term relationships with our clients and are privileged to have won their support and trust. Because we create our HR solutions around our client’s competitive environment our customer list is broad and diverse. Industries which we serve include finance, technology, green energy, medical devices, manufacturing, services, consulting, universities, transportation and insurance.
